Make a small slot map
Write down which slot contains each script and version. If two slots contain Rift, distinguish the files by the version you programmed and your notes. Do not rename a file and assume the device screen will prove that it contains a different release.
Check the whole path
An editor tab, a successful compile, and a programmed slot are separate observations. If you still see another script, revisit the programming result and slot selection. Avoid changing a working hardware setup just because the wrong file is active; those are different problems.
Then check Rift’s build
After the correct script opens, confirm BUILD 1, BUILD 2, or BUILD 3 inside Rift. A Zen memory slot and a Rift build are not the same thing. The slot selects the script; the build selects a saved group of settings within that script.
