The short answer
Confirm Quickstop is enabled, you are moving, and you use the correct manual-shot path. A stationary Auto-Green press is not the same test as a moving Quickstop shot.

Rift — the #1 2K27 Cronus Zen script.
Rift combines Quickstop, manual shooting, and timed shots while keeping the control paths distinct.

- Enable Instant Quickstop in the intended build.
- Check which button is your manual shot with Button Rhythm on or off.
- Test a fresh moving R2/RT plus manual-shot press without another action running.
Know which shot you are asking for
With Button Rhythm off, physical Square/X is the manual timing button. With Button Rhythm on, the selected stick-click becomes the separate normal-shot shortcut. Rift keeps Auto Green isolated as its own standstill path. Testing the Auto-Green bind will not demonstrate the manual Quickstop control.
Remove competing inputs
The manual Quickstop start checks movement and avoids other busy shooting states. Test with L2/LT and R1/RB released. If a shot button is already held before the attempt, release it and make a fresh press. Keep the test simple enough to see the stop and the following manual shot.
Check Turbo Shots for rhythm attempts
In the Button Rhythm path, a deliberate moving R2/RT shot with Hop Jumper or Turbo Fade selected takes priority over the ordinary Quickstop behavior. That choice keeps those special shot modes usable. Confirm the Turbo Shots setting before judging two attempts as if they requested the same action.
Quick reference
| What to check | The useful detail |
|---|---|
| Manual path | Moving R2/RT plus the active manual-shot button. |
| Auto Green | A separate standstill shot path. |
| Turbo mode | Can intentionally change the rhythm-shot behavior. |
